LN2 in a model cannon shoots a cork. With the valve open, liquid nitrogen is poured into the cannon barrel. The barrel is then plugged with a cork, and the valve is closed. In seconds, enough liquid nitrogen has evaporated to blow the cork out of the cannon. Valve TEMPERATURE AND EXPANSION.
